- I spent an hour with Matt Brisse who just joined Gartner last week briefing him on the work in ILM2.0 and LTDPRM.org. We are now making contact with Sheila Childs who is also at Gartner to liaise and promote our efforts. We discussed doing the same with many other analysts that we know and will do this over the next couple weeks.
- Discussed the Buyer's Guide methodology and came to agreement on building off of use cases and customer requirements. We have a template completed now and will begin posting shortly.
- Statused papers and SEO - we are getting good search engine visibility now

- Reviewed action items including formation of SNIA sponsored Cloud Archive SIG
- Discussed promotion and community building. Decided to use LinkedIn as a tool to promote.

- Reviewed audit for cloud IT services pages and discussed implementation
- LeRoy to draft a CMM for cloud audit to review next week
- Discussed cloud archive audit and overlap of interests and methods

- Reviewed evolution and use of the ILM Maturity Model by Evan in an Oil Company Assessment in South Africa - quite exciting to see the tools in use and working well
- Discussed the delivery and use of audit tools
- Action - draft a service offering memorandum as a customer development piece and refine it - MPeterson
- Reviewed other similar service offerings and discussed their adoption
